Sophisticated Sled pop up card

basecard white thick cardstock 11 x 4 1/4 folded in half to create top folding A2 card ( 4 1/4x 5 1/2) 

take another piece of thick white cardstock 4 1/4x 5 1/2 and stamp sled image and sentiment

diecut the sled using matching die

stamp the falling slow back ground stamp onto the front panel leaving out the sled diecut

diecut the skate in white, blades in brushed silver and the lace in real red and put it together and mount with dimensionals and use the white baker's twice to tie a ribbon in the center and put the ends behind each skate.

Mount the front outside panel onto the basecard using dimensionals to pop it up. 

color in the sled as desired. and mount the sled panel using the popup mechanism

mechanism: 1 3/4 x 4 3/4 score  at 1/2,1, 1 1/2 from each end and fold to create a platform with z ends (use thick cardstock if you want a super strong popup, regular cardstock if you want a slight popup.)

Use the mechanism panel to pop up the center panel

-basecard thick white cardstock 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 folded in half to create A2 card ( 4 1/4x 5 1/2) 

take another piece of thick white cardstock 4 1/4x 5 1/2 and stamp the bird, margin image and sentiment

Use the Greetings of the season tag die to cut out the center image. - tie a piece of red ribbon 

-mechanism- cut a piece of thick cardstock 1x 5 1/2 and score score  at 1/2,1, 1 1/2 from each end and score.

Mount the front panel outside onto the basecard using dimensionals to pop it up. 

Use the mechanism panel to pop up the center panel more.

color in the birds and branches as desired. and mount the bird panel using the popup mechanism ( I used the DSP to copy the colors on the birds! )

Any diecut can be popped up this way - use regular white if you don't want a strong spring- thick crdstock if you want it to pop more- lays flat to mail and pops up so pretty...

Reindeer Fun Dies cards

this die is SOOO easy to use - just absolutely love it.

this is using the same supplies as the card below but done vertically

base: take thick white cardstock  5 1/2x  8 1/2  scored at 4 1/4  to make a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 A2 size card

diecut the tree circle in Old olive cardstock 4 x 4 1/4 and the deer- - one with antlers in early expresso, the middle one in vanilla, the top one in Pecan pie. mount with dimensionals 

cut 2 pieces of DSP 3/4-1 inch by 4 1/4 for sides of front to coordinate (Take a bow DSP)

cut banner from Peaceful season and stamp sentiment in early expresso

add the red ribbon diecut to the front. 

add sentiment of your choice on the inside 

This one using a retired DSP and the smaller wreath as the foil to the deer and the middle layer was crumbcake. Don't you just LOVE the peppermint candy embellishments?

base: take thick white cardstock  8 1/2x  5 1/2  scored at 4 1/4 to make a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 A2 size card

diecut a large frame from radiating stitches die (on line only) from soft seafoam cardstock (try dryer sheet trick to take it off easier)

diecut flowers from Artful Amaryllis stampset/die in white and color in as desired (here I used melon mambo with ink refills and watercolor brushes to create the effect)

diecut leaves and stem from old olive cardstock

diecut label from Christmas labels die set- stamp sentiment from Unbound Love stampset

color in the flowers with color of your choice and mount leaves and flowers with dimensionals or glue

stamp sentiment on the bottom right of the white cardstock base

put strip of blackberry bliss above it - add cercle and butterfly with dimensionals 

use adhesive backed shiny sequins to accent the card

More than Autumn funfold card

-basecard Early Expresso cardstock 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 folded in half to create A2 card ( 4 1/4x 5 1/2) 

 score the front panel 2 1/8 inch from the left to create a front fold.

-mechanism- cut a piece of early expresso cardstock 2 1/4x 3 and score along the 3 inch side at 3/4, 1 1/2, 2 1/4 to creaste 4 panels 3/4 inch wide

front panel is 4 x 1 7/8 pumpkin pie cardstock; inside panel is Cherry cobbler 4x 5 1/4 emboss both  with Changing Leaves embossing folder

stamp and diecut the images - apple word in cherry cobbler, 2 donuts and pie and whipping cream on scrap of white cardstock and color as desired. 

front center panel is cherry cobbler cardstock 3x4- front of that is white cardstock  2 3/4 x 3 3/4- stamp sentiments and decorate as desired

pop up center panel is pumpkin pie 3x 4 1/4 ; front of that is white cardstock 2 3/4 x 3 1/2 stamp sentiment and decorate as desired.

Decorate the panels as desired.

diecut the tree scene and the deer on a basic black cardstock

color the front of the white cardstock in color of your choice, daffodil, calypso coral to create a sunset

color the front with a straight edge with pool party to create a lake on the bottom and sky above it 

adhere the black cardstock and the deer using dimensionsl 

add sentiment of your choice

diecut a small circle from Spotlight on nature dies

stamp the peas on a scrap piece of white cardstock, color as desired and cut out

stamp the vine image on the r side edge of the basecard from top to bottom- cut the edge freeform following the lines of the vines

stamp the sentiment on the left side bottom of basecard.

adhere a piece of green designer paper on the inside of the basecard on the right side so it shows from the front- here I used Celebrate Everything DSP 

mount the circle using dimensionals - but avoid putting it beyond the vines 

Arrange the cut out pea images as desired and mount with dimensionals 

use adhesive backed shiny sequins to accent the card

A good way to use up all your DSP's you have been hoarding- makes 4 from your 12x12 papers.

Playful Ghosts stamp set and Something fancy die for the tag

take a piece of halloween DSP 6x6 inches

score on one side at 1 and 5 inches

score on the other side at 1", 2 1/2", 3 1/2", and  5"

cut the tabs to the 1 and 5 inches. taper cut only the one inch tabs (so the ones between 0-1 inch, 2 1/2 -3 1/2, and 5 and 6)

circle punch 1/2 way up the panel that makes up the front to make it easy to open.

adhere the side panels to make the box.

stamp image onto the tag and color in as desired- small hole punch top to thread the twine

tie with ribbon or baker's twine three color pack.

basecard Lemon Lime Twist cardstock 11 x 4 1/4 folded in half to create A2 card ( 4 1/4x 5 1/2) 

with the folded center of the card to the left score the front panel 1 1/4 inch from the front.

then score the right side of the front panel from the right side top corner to the left bottom of the 1 1/4 inch scoreline to create a triangle panels.

adhere the 4x4 inch DSP scored in 1/2 triangle shape to the right side of the front panel lining up the diagonal score line. 

adhere a contrasing 1x 4 inch strip of DSP to the left side of the front panel. 

you can tape or glue down the 1 1/4 inch panel to the back panel to create a book card.

diecut a circle from the Spotlight on Nature dieset 

stamp the ghost image and sentiment to the circle panel and color in as desired.

cut out the cloud image if you want to use it- stamped in gorgeous grape  to place around the ghost image

Glue or tape down the circle on the front panel only on the r lower triangle so it will pop up.

color in the pumpkins and cut it out and place inside of the card  with a dimensional to use as a doorstop for the pop up. 

(on retrospect I would cut the orange DSP diagonally and then adhere it so it would lay better.)

diecut a large circle and stamp the flower image in memento black

stamp the butterfly on a scrap piece of white cardstock

Use Post it note to stamp another image and cut the flower part out and the butterfly die (wait until class to do it so proper area is cut out)

use stampin' blends and blackberry bliss or other color of your choice to blend the color into the flowers to create the soft look 

color in the leaves with green of your choice- stampin blends old olive here

stamp sentiment on the bottom right of the white cardstock base

put strip of blackberry bliss above it - add cercle and butterfly with dimensionals 

use adhesive backed shiny sequins to accent the card

base: take thick white cardstock  8 1/2x  5 1/2  scored at 4 1/4 to make a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 A2 size card

stamp the textured timber in Grey Granite

diecut the octagon with the countryside corners die and use the outside frame only (texturize if you wish with embossing folder)

stamp and diecut the flower images with a piece of white cardstock  in Grey Granite

stamp sentiment from unbound love stampset on the smallest shape from the countryside corners 

use blending brush soft seafoam, lemon lolly  or other colors of your choice to create a colored leaf and cone.

emboss the pretty in pink cardstock with time worn type embossing folder but use a cutout to selectively emboss outside only

diecut the octagon with the countryside corners die and using just the inside frames

stamp the sentiment in the center octagon

color in the wings of the dragonflies with pinkish and greenish colors

use wink of stella to add sparkle to the wings

cut out the butterflies and use dimensionals to add the frame and the center panel and the dragon flies

use the adhesive backed shiny sequins to decorate as you wish

stamp the sentiment on the circle

on a scrap piece of white cardstock - stamp the image to put inside the cart. I used the image with the presents-

color the image as you wish 

stamp the cart body in Poppy parade and diecut

stamp the cart handle in black and diecut 

diecut the wheel outside  and balloon string in black

diecut balloon and side woodpanels of the cart in poppy parade

diecut 2 inside wheel circles in white cardstock and color in the center circle with color of your choice.

Arrange as desired and mount with dimensionals

layer a piece of Poppy parade

another piece of white cardstock for the front panel- stamp the floret- smaller in Poppy parade and larger floret with azure afternoon.

die cut 2 pieces of DSP (here I used Celebrate everything (retired) for the dimensional pinwheel and fold and tape together and glue down onto card

use the white glimmer paper circle for the top to keep the pinwheel down.

(if you want free floating pinwheel put another circle behind it to make it stable.)

die cut the smaller floret with the circle dots  and stamp the sentiment in azure afternoon.

mount with dimensionals.

decorate if you want with sequins or crystals for any additional accents

if you are using the dimensional pinwheel you may need to hand deliver this card.

basecard is 2 piece of cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 - 1 thick white cardstock and another piece of Coastal Cabana- both pieces scored at 1/2 and 1 inch on both sides 

the white is folded back and Coastal cabana is folded forward to create the diorama that can be folded flat and maile. 

stamp sentiment on a piece of white cardstock and cut into size you want.

the Coastal Cabana piece is diecut using the Sand dollar die from the Beauty of the Deep set to create a more organic opening.

use a piece of white cardstock to stamp sentiment in coastal cabana

Diecut the coral arch, lobster in Calypso coral

piece of ocean floor with Crumbcake, the seaweed and some coral pieces in lemon lime twist.

stamp the animals in white with tuxedo black memento ink. and die cut

stamp the fish on the white panel so it shows through the opening.

 

arrange the coral and animals on the white back panel as desired.

tape the last panel on the coastal cabana and white panels on the one side to put it together and decorate the front panel. when everything is the way you want tape the other side shut to create the diorama.

Color in the animals Smoky slate, gray granite or whatever colors you may want.

use sponge dauber or blending brush lemon lime twist, old olive or other colors of your choice to create a colored leaf. 

add a piece of lemon lime twist ribbon tied in a bow from Ribbon Duo combo pack

stamp magnolia in black- color in or leave alone- cut out the flower to use at the base of the leaf if you wish- mounting with dimensionals
