Starting a new diet.

I have been on a diet all my life- name the diet and I've probably been on it- yes I know - I am a doctor and know the science of weight loss but as a woman who reads Vogue and watch what not to wear, you just can't help wanting to be thin and wear high heel shoes sometimes even though you know your feet will hurt at the end of the day. It's my right brain telling my left where to go. Since I have been on my " I will eat what I want in moderation to be healthy and stay as active as I can diet" I have been pretty stable but as I am approaching that lovely middle years of my life, the weight seems to be slowly creeping up although I have not changed my life much otherwise. Found this at http://zoelifecreations.blogspot.com/ - I may have to give this diet a try.......

Lynda I just went thru your whole blog-begining to end and tears came to my eyes when I saw how much the boys have grown and I've missed so much of their lives. I don't want to miss you guys any more. You still amaze me with your talents and I want to start stamping again, maybe I'll come for a class? Give the boys hugs and kisses from me and tell them I love them and miss them and will come visit soon. send me an e-mail and we can plan it. Love you guys.

I recently overheard a young girl announce that she's going on a diet--cutting down from 3 donuts a day to only 2! Of course, she didn't look an ounce over 90 lbs. Meanwhile, I've limited myself to 2 donuts a year--and STILL gaining!
