25 days of Christmas- Day 2- Merriest Moments Variation

 Basecard is Soft Sky CS embossed with winter EF the one withsnowflakes then a layer of Mossy Meadow diecut and embossed and sponged with the white carft ink to create a little softness. 

add a layer of rectangle diecut stamped with the sentiment in Mossy Meadow.  add some flowers in Poppy Parade and leaves in Pear Pizazz- mount with dimensionals.  Add a ribbon to accent (retired SU) with a glue dot.

25 days of Christmas Day 1- Merriest Moments Bundle in full color

 Merriest Moment in full color- base is Mossy Meadow with a layer of whisper white then a layer of real red stamped with white with the speckled image to add some interest.

diecut and emboss a granny apple green cs and add a layer of rectangle diecut stamped with sentiment from Christmas to Remember stampset.

Addl a few flowers and berries stamped with real red and mount with dimensionals to finish off the card.

Sparkle of the Season Thanksgiving

I love wreaths- I have a box of stamps and dies devoted to just wreaths.  

Basecard is pumpkin pie with a layer of  Soft Suede embossed with timber EF. the piece of green strip on the right is from Pattern Party DSP from the hostess purchase.  

The wreath was diecut in white and I colored it in with crumbcake stampin blends and so saffron, pear pizazz and pumpkin pie- then I cut some more leaves using pumpkin pie, old olive and saffron cardstock and added them on here and there. I took a strip of cumbcake Cardstock stip and stamped Grateful in Soft suede . This was an easy card I made as thank yous to my customers.

Merriest Moments easy class card.

 This was one of the cards we made for Stampin' with Lynda this month- base card is Thick basic white embossed with Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing folder.  I stamped a bunch of leaves from the Merriest Moments set using Mossy meadows and the flower with Poppy parade. Sentiment from the same set.

Mount the leaves with glue and dimensionals and flowers with dimensionals and a simple Christmas card in no time. 

My Favorite Nuts about Squirrel card I made

This is my favorite of all my Nuts about Squirrel card.

The bark embossing folder is so perfect  to create that tree look I had to use it on the early expresso CS. Then I used the timber folder with Crumbcake CS to create the wood grain on the inside of the hole.

the hole was created using the Layering diorama die but I placed the cutting plate on top part of the die to just shy of the bottom so it would not cut the bottom part because I wanted a flat straight bottom.

I stamped a gazillion acorns but they have the squirrel hand on it I cut the acorns out and rotated them when I put them in the tree so the hand part 

would be hidden - I forgot about the acorn punch in the autumn punch pak otherwise I would have used it. 

hand cut some leaves colored with pear pizazz and pumpkin pie, old olive.

Does he not look satisfied with all the acorns he has amassed for the winter?

Another Nuts about Squirrel card with timber embossing folder

 alright- just one more - basecard is Old Olive with a layer of white embossed with timber EF - I stamped the branch and leaves after and was afraid it would not stamp but it did fine- rolled the leaves in pear pizazz then in pumpkin pie to get the varigated colors on the leaves.  the bottom squirrel I sort of missed the lining up so it was a little off but I colored it in and on a quick look hard to tell.  (Don't look too close!) The paper is from the Pattern Party DSP hostess pack that I colored in with a little watercolor brush using the color from the ink pad lid to create a really soft look. 

Nuts about Squirrels with autumn punch pack

 I was in the middle of handcutting the leaves and I remembered the autumn punch pack - they had 2 leaves and an acorn it is on sale at Stampin up clearance - get it before it is gone but made my life easier- - I stamped some leaves below on the branches but did not like it - so you can see it peeking through but that is still fine.  cut the leaves with pumpkin pie and old olive cardstock and colored the margins in with a dauber to case a little shadow and stamped the veins and it was just perfect. 

the leaves are great for creating your own background- using multiple clors - it looks like it could be DSP...

Did I tell you already that I am nuts about the Nuts about Squirrels stampset?  Every body is tied of hearing it but Look how CUTE it is!!!

Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing Folder - autumn colors

The Merriest Moments Bundle was one of the first things I got from the July - December 2021 catalog-  I love Poinsettia image anyway but the dies and the matching folders were so super cool-  but I was planning on using this for more than just Christmas time so I mad this card for thank yous to my customers this month. The sentiment is from the Pretty Pumpkins set - stamped in Cajun Craze.  I embossed the image in white Cardstock and cute the center rectangle out and mounted with dimenstionals to pop it out a bit.  I used a dauber with pear pizazz, pumpkin pie and cajun craze to lightly touch the raised area to add some color and voila! an autumn colored card. stamped the leaves 

 in pear pizazz and diecut it out - mounted with dimensionals to add a little extra something-

easy peasy but very pretty card. 

Crazy Cat

This cat has attitude- every time I look at this it makes me laugh because it reminds me of my sister - she can be snarky but funny and smart- the paper is from Magic in the Night - retired Stampin Up DSP- it was on sale until recently - daffodil delight moon - I fussy cut the broom and the cat - stamped the cat using stamparatus- multiiple times- to get a really black image- then covered the tail with post it and stamped the broom - added the black gingham ribbon and the sentiment with Matte black dots and mounted the whole thing on black then pumpkin pie- what else?- cardstock

September 2021 Paperpumpkin Haunts & Harvest

 September Paper Pumpkin was genious.  I normally have a whole mess of the boxes the kits come because they are too nice to throw away and normally I turn them inside out as gift boxes or mailing boxes and they are terrific - but they put this wood pattern on the package and had a design inside that you cut out to make a new project that goes with the content- very cool- the kit was adorable with theseadorable pumpkins with leaves and paper wrapped wires  for the vine. It was just so sweet and I was able to make halloween treats for my whole staff. I gave the cart to one of my favorite nurses - I did replace the glued on front wheel with a brad so it would actually turn- 

it came with 3 different color diecuts - do you think they will ever sell this die?  I certainly could have used more of these.  stickers for the jack-o-lantern faces and everything you need to put it and the wheel barrow together.

I needed a vew more so I had to supplement with tsome extra treats I made with Pretty pillow box dies decorated with images i stamped and cut out from the Crazy Cat stampset 

this is the finishes wheelbarrow - and we used the tissue paper that came with the packaging - nothing wasted!

Some times I make alternates to get some variation but this was just so cute and I used every bit as it was originally designed- thumbs way up!
