This was a tag that came with my son's swimsuit. I loved the multicolored letters and I had to give it a try. So Happy an image. Happy.... Happy.... hmmm. then the IC challenge this week was Oompa and they used yellow and turquoise that is so happy and this card was born.
I started diecutting the letters in different colors using the Naturally serif sizzlits decorative strip die- the birthday is from the Birthday count Mini Note Kit (retired SU), embossed in white onto a tempting turquoise CS. I tied 1/8" taffeta ribbon to accent and a really fun birthday card.
